For Pet Professionals

Husky Handshake
Collaboration

If you need support on a tough case or need to refer a client whose concerns are beyond your expertise, we can work together to provide the best care and optimize outcomes for these special patients.  Some examples of behavior concerns I work with include:

  • Fear, anxiety, and/or stress in a variety of contexts or in response to a variety of scenarios, especially in the veterinary setting or with medical procedures such as injections or administering medications

  • Conflict between pets, or between pets and human family members

  • Unwanted/inappropriate elimination, scratching, biting, or playing in cats

  • Aggression and reactivity

  • Resource guarding

  • Family/pet relationships and dynamics

  • Preparing for and navigating big changes (such as moving, travel, changes to the daily routine that might come with a new job, a new baby or other family/friend moving in, etc.)

Consultations can be done virtually or by phone, so this service is not geographically limited.
